t is a milestone day for Overbury Stud as the speedy Group 2 Flying Childers winner Caturra officially gets off the mark with his very first winner, Furturra! The precocious juvenile showed plenty of his sire’s trademark speed and determination to secure a fantastic debut victory. Caturra, the fastest son of the brilliant Mehmas, was always highly regarded for his sharp, early pace, and it is incredibly exciting to see him passing those exact same qualities on to his first crop of runners. This looks to be just the beginning of a bright future for Caturra’s progeny. Congratulations to all the winning connections!
